Vanessa Oliver founded Regent Street in 2010. In her 15+ years of working in Commercial Real Estate, Vanessa has established herself as an energetic and motivated professional in the industry’s community. Her continued focus has been on the urban Toronto market and shopping centres working on both the listing and tenant representation sides. Vanessa has extensive background and experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry and as a result has dedicated a portion of her business to restaurant tenant representation and helping her food service clients overcome the unique challenges that they face in their real estate choices. Vanessa is committed to her strong business ethics and really understanding her client's objectives to get deals done. Vanessa is also proud to have started the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Ride Real Estate Challenge in 2005 which to-date has raised over $4 million.
During her 35 year career, Maxine has acquired extensive experience and rich knowledge in the planning and leasing of many diverse and unique retail projects, predominately high density, mixed-use urban and specialty centres in North America. Acting primarily for owners, developers and landlords, Maxine is well respected within the real estate industry as a skilled professional who adds great value in the initial conceptual development stage of a project and can support the ongoing leasing and marketing strategy throughout the implementation process. She is known for her ability to develop creative solutions and imaginative merchandising ideas for unusual or challenging properties.
